Luccia
Luccia – her name was Raffaella but known to everyone as Luccia, was the room where the last generation of the Mennuti family lived. A 25 square meter double room with a super king-size bed. Extremely cozy, with a star-vaulted ceiling reaching 5.30 meters at its apex, harmoniously illuminated by a crystal chandelier. The bathroom is in natural Travertine Navona marble with a walk-in shower featuring a double showerhead.

Ione
Ione, after whom the room is named, is the first living nucleus of Monteparano dating back to the mid-16th century. A spacious 50 square meter loft suite with two super king-size beds. Ione features an elegant environment with a star-vaulted ceiling reaching 5.30 meters at its apex and a beautiful spiral staircase in black metal and white wood. The 10 square meter bathroom clad in natural ‘Emperador light’ marble creates a comfortable, spacious, and welcoming atmosphere.

Marianna
Marianna is the latest room added to the Historic Residence – a loft suite of over 40 square meters with a star-vaulted ceiling reaching 5.30 meters at its apex and a super king-size canopy bed. A spacious loft houses the second super king-size bed, harmoniously furnished with original antique decor from the Residence itself. The bathroom is in extremely elegant flamed absolute black granite with a walk-in shower featuring a double showerhead.

Maria
Maria is an absolutely unique room thanks to its private terrace with an antique stone bathtub carved from a single block and original cement tiles from the Residence itself. The 42 square meter Junior Suite includes a bathroom of over 10 square meters with a height of 5 meters, clad in ‘Nero Portoro’ marble and a Navona travertine shower tray weighing about 385 kilograms, which certainly leaves guests positively impressed.

Anna
Anna – our Suite with a truly unique Bathroom. Clad in flamed gray quartzite with a 500-year-old star-vaulted ceiling, it was in fact the original entrance to the Residence. The 52 square meter Suite consists of a spacious bedroom and a living room that can accommodate two additional people if needed.
